Sorry. We do not allow returns on digital downloads.

However, if you have had an issue or a concern please contact us at customerservice@kristirosebooks.com. Please put Digital Download Issue in the subject of the email. This includes billing issues. 

We will address issues on a case by case basis.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital downloads. Please understand that once you download the product it cannot be returned to us and that is why a refund isn't available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Unfortunately, this includes returns on sale items or gift cards.
